Josh Miles, Board Member: Josh Miles started Miles Design in Indianapolis six years ago, taking it from a freelance design job to one of the top branding firms in Indy. Josh brings not only his expertise as a nationally recognized designer, but also an entrepreneurial mind that has helped countless business startups become successful through exceptional marketing and leadership. Josh has traveled to five OasNet churches and in addition, currently serves on the Indianapolis Oasis leadership team.
Scott Hayes, Board Member: Scott Hayes is a normal, imperfect person who found out he is loved by an incredible and perfect God. For over a decade he has had the privilege and opportunity of helping other people realize the same thing. After participating in intercollegiate athletics and graduating from Olivet College in Michigan, he served in various ministry capacities until he and his wife Ericka launched Oasis East Lansing near the campus of Michigan State University in the fall of 2009. Scott is passionate about helping people Know and Show the same Grace that still changes his life to this day. Scott has been excitedly married to his wife Ericka since 2000. They live in mid-Michigan and have three children; Eliana, Braelon and Karis. Scott has been a board member for the Oasis Network (as of June 2011) and we are very thankful to have him as a part of the team.
Krissy Miles, Board Member: Krissy Miles is the Executive Pastor of Oasis Granger. After a supernatural encounter with God on a mission trip to Germany in 2000 Krissy vowed, "Never again will I believe something about God that I haven't read for myself in the Word." Since 2001, Krissy Miles has been standing beside Lucas Miles in marriage and in ministry and has developed a deep love for people, a strong gift of leadership and an unquenchable desire to see the Gospel of God's grace go out to the world. Krissy is the newest member on the OasNet board, joining us in early 2011. She has contributed tremendously to the growth of this organization.
